Welcome to Twee Line. By using this website and placing orders with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the site

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in colour or design may occur.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, goods are shipped only after payment is confirmed.

5. Returns and refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

Books, opened stationery and personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, images, logos, designs - is the property of Twee Line or our suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
