How pre-ordering works
- We place the order with the publisher or importer once yours is in. Expect 25–35 days from the day you order.
- Availability isn't guaranteed. A title can go out of print or the supplier can come up short.
- Either way, we'll keep you posted by phone or email — and if we can't source it, you pay nothing or get a full refund.
