How long does delivery take?
Colombo and surrounding areas: 1-2 working days. Outstation: 2-4 working days. Remote areas may take up to 5 days.
Do you ship island-wide?
Yes - we deliver to all districts of Sri Lanka through our courier partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (COD) for orders up to Rs. 50,000, and bank transfer for any order. Online card payments are coming soon.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes - within 7 days of delivery, unopened and in original packaging. See our Terms page for details.
Are your books authentic?
Yes. We source directly from publishers and authorised distributors.
Do you offer bulk / school orders?
Yes - contact us at +94 11 234 5678 for special pricing on bulk stationery and textbooks.
What if my package is damaged?
Refuse the package on delivery or contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange replacement at no cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes - once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
