Delivery Information
Island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.
Delivery times
- Colombo & suburbs: 1–2 working days
- Other Western Province: 1–3 working days
- Outstation (Kandy, Galle, Matara, Jaffna, etc.): 2–4 working days
- Remote areas: up to 5 working days
Shipping fees
- Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000
- Flat fee of Rs. 350 for orders below the threshold
- Heavy or oversized items may incur an additional charge - we will confirm before shipping
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Delivery partners
We deliver through Pronto, Domex and Sri Lanka Post depending on your location and the size of your order.
What if I'm not home?
The courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier directly using the contact number provided in your tracking SMS.
